Suzuki GSX 650F ABS Specs News and Review
Suzuki Dual Throttle Valve fuel injection system for smooth acceleration. Fuel injectors are compact and lightweight with 4 hole injectors for optimum fuel atomization and greater power output. A large capacity exhaust system utilizes a high capacity catalyzer and an oxygen sensor to meet strict Euro 3 and Tier 2 emissions requirements while still providing strong performance throughout the rpm range. Cam profiles are chosen with an emphasis on low-to-mid range power output and help to deliver highly accessible performance that is well suited to an entry level rider.
Compact, liquid-cooled, fuel injected, DOHC 656cc engine utilizing a bore and stroke of 65.5 mm x 48.7 mm and featuring strong and easily accessible power and torque. Piston rings are manufactured with ion plating treatment using Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) for a smoother surface, increased durability and reduced friction and reduced oil consumption. Suzuki Composite Electrochemical Material (SCEM) coated cylinders deliver high heat dissipation and allow for better ring seal while reducing blow-by and mechanical losses. The cylinder head achieves a narrow valve angle of 17 degrees intake and exhaust for high intake and exhaust efficiencyThe GSX650F keeps cool with a high efficiency radiator combined with a 190mm electric cooling fan controlled by the ECM and a high output water pump with a bearing-less design for reduced weight.

2013 Kawasaki Concours 14 ABS
In the new year 2013, Kawasaki released new design for supersport tourer class. This is 2013 Kawasaki concours 14 ABS. This bike holds its own with the best world-class touring rigs yet still negotiates the twists and turns of America’s backroads in finest, Ninja-inspired tradition. The Concours design is combination of technology, comfort and continent conquering performance meets the toughest demands of this selective crowd. Comfortable ergonomics make it well-suited to long days in the saddle, while offering proper body positioning for sport riding. Its overall performance will entice riders to pull out the big maps and plan extraordinary sporting tours through the next county or country.
The heart of the Concours sport-touring package in 1,352cc four-cylinder, four valves per cylinder , DOHC Engine with Variable Valve Timing (VVT), fuel System used DFI® with four 40mm throttle bodies, Ignition used TCBI with Digital Advance. The engine generates excellent low- and mid-range power, all followed by a top-end rush that would turn most open-class sportbikes green with envy. A big part of its tremendously wide power delivery is due to its variable valve timing (VVT) system, which automatically alters camshaft profiles according to rpm to boost low-end and mid-range power without sacrificing top end.
The Concours 14’s chassis used unique monocoque frame provides massive stiffness along with excellent handling characteristics and a high degree of rider feedback. Cradling the engine from the top, the frame’s compact structure keeps the bike narrow. The Tetra-Lever shaft drive, which routes all that power to the rear wheel, uses a four-link design to offset the lifting and squatting tendencies of lesser shaft drive systems when the throttle is opened and closed, all of which results in true sportbike handling. Plus, the Tetra-Lever system is almost completely maintenance free.
The Concours is packed with technological features that enhance the riding experience. The bike’s K-ACT (Kawasaki Advanced Coactive-braking Technology) braking system offers two modes of linked, anti-lock braking and great overall performance. A high-tech traction control system (KTRC: Kawasaki Traction Control) not only reduces wheelspin on slick surfaces, offering riders more confidence-inspiring feedback, but it can be easily switched off at the rider’s discretion.
2013 Kawasaki Concours 14 ABS released with US MSRP Price: $16,199 USD and some color choices such as Metallic Spark Black, Metallic Nocturne Blue. Kawasaki also give warranty in 36 months.
